Corn Fritters
These are great for breakfast (on the weekend when you have time).
Ingredients:
Combine egg with milk.
Add corn, flour, salt and pepper and mix.
The main ingredient should be the corn. The batter you are
making really just binds the corn.
Heat your frypan, add oil and spoon a tblsp of mixture in at a time. You can of course make bigger ones. Cook for about 90 sec (should be golden in colour), turn and cook on the other side. Drain on absorbent towel. Serve with:
