Emergency Sausage Pasta!

This is the kind of recipe that can bale you out of a sticky situation. If, say,there was a terrible fire, someone would be able to say 'call the police' and the other person would be able to say 'I'll make the Emergency Sausage Pasta!' This is a revised and improved version of emergency sausage pasta for Mr B . Go the sausage. And there doesn't have to be fire before you enjoy this treat.

Ingredients

Sausage Pasta
  • 4 - 6 sausages
  • 1 tspn herbs
  • 1 glass red wine
  • 1 tblspn tomato paste or tomato sauce
  • tablespoon curry powder
  • 2 handfuls of peas
  • 300 - 400 g pasta
  • onion
  • clove of garlic
  • chilli

Instructions

  1. Chop onion and garlic
  2. Put water in a pot and start to boil for the pasta.
  3. Fry sausages on a medium heat for about 10 minutes. DO NOT BURN. Remove and chop when slightly cooled.
  4. Fry onion, garlic and chilli
  5. Add curry powder and herbs
  6. Add red wine and tomato paste/sauce
  7. Stir in sausages and peas
  8. Cook and drain pasta
  9. Serve and eat.
