Emergency Sausage Pasta!
This is the kind of recipe that can bale you out of a sticky situation. If, say,there was a terrible fire, someone would be able to say 'call the police' and the other person would be able to say 'I'll make the Emergency Sausage Pasta!' This is a revised and improved version of emergency sausage pasta for Mr B . Go the sausage.
And there doesn't have to be fire before you enjoy this treat.
Ingredients
- 4 - 6 sausages
- 1 tspn herbs
- 1 glass red wine
- 1 tblspn tomato paste or tomato sauce
- tablespoon curry powder
- 2 handfuls of peas
- 300 - 400 g pasta
- onion
- clove of garlic
- chilli
Instructions
- Chop onion and garlic
- Put water in a pot and start to boil for the pasta.
- Fry sausages on a medium heat for about 10 minutes. DO NOT BURN. Remove and chop when slightly cooled.
- Fry onion, garlic and chilli
- Add curry powder and herbs
- Add red wine and tomato paste/sauce
- Stir in sausages and peas
- Cook and drain pasta
- Serve and eat.
