Toasted Cheese on Soda SconeThis very simple and delicious recipe was sent in by today's guest chef from Scotland, John Stuart.

Instructions:Place soda scone or thick slice of soda bread under a hot grill, toast one side. Take out and arrange cheese on non toasted side.When cheese is bubbly throughout, remove from heat and sprinkle with paprika. Be vigilant throughout toasting process. See rules.
