Fougard
It sounds a bit rude, this one, but name aside, this is another Darren Gibson speciality hearty enough to be eaten on its own or as an accompaniment to other Indian dishes.
Ingredients:
- Whole Savoy cabbage, sliced
- 2 teaspoons mustard seeds
- 2 tblspn ghee (the magic ingredient)
Instructions
- Fry mustard seeds gently in ghee (there may be some popping. Do not be alarmed).
- Add cabbage. Cook until very soft (with lid on).
