Pasta with Bacon, Chilli and Tomato Sauce

Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 4 slices bacon
- 1 onion
- 1-2 fresh chillis or chilli paste
- 1 tin chopped tomatoes
- Pasta (300 g)
- Cheese - pecorino, parmesan or mature cheddar
Instructions
- Fry bacon. Take out of the pan.
- Fry onion. Either add 1-2 fresh red chillis now or chilli paste later.
- Add 1 tin of chopped tomatoes. Cook until reduced.
- Add bacon. Cook pasta at the same time.
- When sauce has reduced and pasta has cooked, mix together with some cheese - pecorino, parmesan or mature cheddar will do.
