Here are a few tips that we have had sent into usI have a useful, and delicious, tip. When baking a cake, to get that oh-so-tasty buttery taste but without actually cooking with butter (for reasons of calorie-counting/finances etc), just grease the tin with the real Mcoy and hey presto! Your cake will taste like it's been made with the real stuff, but you will know it hasn't. Naff but true, Moy Thought the recipe for Chilli was very good, but missing what I see as a vital ingredient. I always put in about a teaspoonful of vinegar. Try it and see if you think it makes a difference. Also... Do you have any good recipes for margaritas to go with the chilli? Morag Gunion Steve: We certainly do, master chef Maria wouldn't be able to keep coming up with those light-hearted simple recipes without one of these One more suggestion. To make your chocolate desserts taste way better, make them a day or two ahead of time. They taste much better when you give the flavour time to mature.
